René van Hoek

Managing Director and Founder in 1996 of CMPR. René held various Financial Management positions at Alcatel IND, Xylan, Sierra Semiconductor and started his career in the International Business Services Division at Ernst & Young. René realised that there was a market for a boutique Accountancy and Consulting firm that concentrated on helping International companies moving into Europe.

Pauline van Hoek

Interim Management, Recruitment & Public Relations. Pauline joined CMPR as Director of the Interim and Recruitment division, based on her experience as a People Manager and her broad range of communication and PR skills. She owned a temp agency and acted as editor of a local news paper.
